How long is the season?

Our average harvest season is a little over 6 months. 

May-November/December

Do I need experience?

Agricultural Experience is preferred but not required. We prioritize attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn. Our crew members gain hands-on experience with modern equipment from day one.

Is housing & vehicles supplied?

Yes, we provide housing at no charge for crew members during the season. Vehicles are also supplied when needed.

What is the pay?

We offer competitive hourly pay based on experience and position. Pay rates are discussed during the hiring process.

What do we do on days off?

We have had crew members go to OKC, baseball games, go karting, county/state fairs, see other harvest crews, float the Missouri River, fishing, sight seeing, white water rafting and more!

Do you do any training?

We have a set of videos that employees watch at the beginning of the season on equipment use, first aid, and heat illness.

What age can I join?

We require Applicants to be at least 18 years of age.

Do I need a CDL? Class 1A? AZ?

Yes, we operate semi-trucks; our drivers do not need to be over 21 to drive in the USA.  We have an exemption as a custom harvester. 

However, all our trucks have 18- and 13-speed manual transmissions.  (1 Automatic) - so experience driving manuals is required.
