This cannot be more true on both ends... when we take in new crew for the season. The uncertainty at the beginning, will they all get along? Will it be a good fit? They get thrown into a bunkhouse and right away start living/working together!

We try to offer a great atmosphere for the crew. And we do our best to have a cohesive crew.

Lucas, it was a pleasure to have you on the crew. We hoped we may get a 2nd season from you, but home is calling you home.

The boys, especially Cash took a liking from you. You were great with them. We hope you take home new experiences, lessons, new friends and lifetime of memories.

This is a tug on this Mommas heart now the boys are old enough to realize some crew members are a once in lifetime. Wyatt had a difficult time tonight once we left shop and realized, it was a very real possibility of not seeing Lucas again. And a very real possibility the crew that is left he may not see again, next summer.
